Artaka BBQ is an owned and operated firm founded by Amar & Sangita Pangare specializing in the food and beverage business and also Artaka BBQ is their very own brainchild, a manifestation of my dreams that they had nurtured while working for more than 11 years in Singapore.
Amar & Sangita – both food lovers – have had the privilege of traveling the world and basking in the different cuisines the world has to offer before deciding to find Artaka BBQ to satisfy food lovers’ craving of trying something new through their range of brands – Artaka BBQ being one of them. The word “Artaka” is actually a portmanteau of Amar, Sangita, and their daughter Udantika’s names, the words “Arta” and “Ka” incidentally also have very profound meanings. “Arta” happens to be a word in Sanskrit whose meaning in English roughly translates to “living a life of purpose”. “Ka”, on the other hand, pertains to a spiritual entity as per Egyptian religion. In effect, though Artaka aims to provide its patrons with the best possible culinary experience.
